Gold Package Requirements

In order for the Gold Package to work for your show the following will be required:

Electricity!
If your showground doesn't have electricity then a generator will be required. Please contact us to discuss exactly what would be needed.

A suitable position on the showground for LHSP to operate from.
If you have booked the Gold Package without the Results Display facility, this can be anywhere on the showground. If you require the Results Display, then LHSP will need to set up so that all ring tents are within approximately 100m of our base. The system works using a wireless network and this is the best way to minimise signal losses.

Volunteers to enter results at the rings
Results are entered directly into laptops on each ring as soon as possible after each run is completed. A user-friendly interface is used so that anyone helping at the show should be able to input the results. Written instructions are provided and training can be arranged the evening before the start of the show if required.

If you feel that this is too much of a commitment, then please do not book this service and choose from our Bronze or Silver packages instead.
