Yes! Longhedge Show Processing are able to process all formats of Agility Show. The KC shows that we have provided processing for can be readily identified by the symbol on the Show Information pages.

The basic entry fee is the price that you charge to competitors to enter a dog to run in a single class. In most cases this is somewhere between £2.30 and £2.80 (winter shows tend to be higher). When calculating your processing costs wiht Longhedge Show Processing, this is the figure used for ALL entered runs, including pairs, teams and championship classes. It is also the figure applied to entries from competitors that may be entitled to a reduced entry fee, e.g. judges, club members, etc.

Nothing! All processing costs are calculated based on the actual runs entered at the show. There is no additional charge for processing camping.

As long as your entry form can capture the information you require, Longhedge Show Processing can provide you with a complete list of volunteer helpers prior to the show. If you simply require a list of everyone entering the show so that you can assign a helping slot to everyone, this can be provided. Whatever you require regarding helpers, there is no additional charge!

This depends on the package chosen, but in general terms you will need to supply the following:

• Show Schedule
• Show Entry Form (unless designed by LHSP)
• Specify whether or not you want Graded classes to run concurrently or sequentially
• List of Judges and the classes they are judging (when known)
• Order of classes in each ring (when known)
• Number of rosettes to be awarded in each class (when known)
• Camping Pitch number (if applicable, when known)
• Allocation of Helpers duties to be sent out with ring cards (all packages except the basic Bronze package)
• Show Information (all packages except the basic Bronze package)

In addition you also need to advise us of any Grade changes you are made aware of up to 14 days prior to the start of the show. There are also additional requirements if the Gold Package is booked.
