Browser and Device issues
If you cannot find your answer in any of the FAQs on this site, please check to see if you have the same issue when using a different device (PC, Mac, smartphone, tablet) and/or a different browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari). With system updates on devices and automatic browser updates occuring at a very frequent rate, it does mean that incompatabilities do arise from time to time.
Tip: If you are using a touchpad of any sort, you might need to press twice on certain things to get them to work
