Click on My Details and then select the My Dogs tab.
Click on New Dog and follow the instructions.
Note that you MUST give your dog a grade if you want them to be able to enter any classes. If you are new to competition, then your grade will be Grade 1, even if you are entering an independent show that allows you to run not for competition.
BC/WSD refers to border collies or working sheepdogs and their crosses. ABC stands for Anything [but] Border Collie. Selecting ABC gives you access to entering special ABC classes/qualifiers that may be avialable. BC/WSDs are not permitted to enter these classes.
You can add NFC dogs to your account in the same way. You can either select their grade or set their grade as NFC (up to you). When making entries, ALL dogs in your account that are not entered in a class will be assumed to be entering the show NFC.
Yes you can. Click on My Details and select the Handlers tab. If the handler you have added is the normal handler for one of your dogs, you can set them as the Default Handler by editing the dog's details (click on the dog's name in My Dogs). This will save you having to set the handler for individual classes when entering shows.
Click on the dog's name in My Dogs and make any changes you need to. To change grade, please see the Grade Changes FAQ page
The colour coding helps for rapid identification of the classes the colour-coded dogs are in on your individual and account running plans. You do not have to set a colour if you don't want to - it is optional.
See the Grade Changes FAQ page.
If you find that buttons on the site are not responding the first step is to try using another browser, e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and/or device, e.g. PC, iPad, smartphone, and see if you still have the same problem.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the site is compatible across all browsers and devices, constant updates can result in incompatabilities appearing from time to time.
We have made a conscious decision not to support browsers older than Internet Explorer 10 as our log files suggest less than 1% of users use such browsers. If you are using an older browser we would recommend updating it.
If you are using a newer browser and are still struggling contact us and we will look into it for you.
Email us the dog's details and any classes entered and we will reset it for you.
