Click on the Register For Free link at the top of the screen and complete the details that will be requested.
Once you have clicked on Register you will be prompted to enter your details and your dogs' details.
If you've entered a show that has been processed by First Place Processing using a paper entry in the past, your details will already be on the system.
Email us to let us know you would like to access your account and we will issue you with a temporary password so that you can login. You can change the password in My Details once logged in.
Your username is the email address you used to register with First Place Processing
Click on the Forgot Password link and follow the instructions in the email you receive. If the email does not appear, email us and we will set a temporary password for you that you can change when you next log in.
Please note that, for security reasons, you will be sent your password in the format [A******1] just revealing the 1st and last characters of your password. Ignore the square brackets and the number of asterisks. If this does not help you remember, please email us and we will issue you with a temporary password. When you next log in you are advised to reset your password in My Details as soon as possible.
This is entirely up to you, but we recommend using a single account with multiple handlers where possible.
If you are going to be doing their entries anyway it makes sense to create a single account and add the other members as other Handlers to your account. You can then assign them as the Default Handler for the dog(s) they run when setting up the dog's details (you can also assign them as handler for specific classes when entering shows).
If you are going to be doing entries separately you may want to consider separate accounts, but you will need different email addresses and if you handle each other's dogs you will need to add them to each account.
The main advantage of having a single account with multiple handlers is that you will only pay a single transaction fee when entering shows.
